Skills Required:

• 2+ Years of sourcing experience, candidate generation end-to-end recruiting, assessment, and closing.
• 2+ Years of experience with recruitment/sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.
• Experience in Contract Hiring
• Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Excellent in written & verbal communication skills & strong mentoring skills
• A mix of consultancy & corporate recruiting experience.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Teams and MS Office – outlook, excel, PowerPoint, and word.
• Applicant must be a team player who takes ownership and dedication, be excited about the company’s growth
• Highly aggressive in achieving monthly targets, and able to persuade candidates and negotiate salary ranges.
