Skills Required:
- 2+ Years of sourcing experience, candidate generation end-to-end recruiting, assessment, and closing.
- 2+ Years of experience with recruitment/sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.
- Experience in Contract Hiring
- Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Excellent in written & verbal communication skills & strong mentoring skills
- A mix of consultancy & corporate recruiting experience.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Teams and MS Office – outlook, excel, PowerPoint, and word.
- Applicant must be a team player who takes ownership and dedication, be excited about the company’s growth
- Highly aggressive in achieving monthly targets, and able to persuade candidates and negotiate salary ranges.
